| How does the recording process work? | |
| The process is very easy! After confirming your voiceover needs and agreeing on a rate, you can email us your script. After receiving your script, we will record the voiceover audio that you require (as per your direction) and we can then email you the file generally within 24-48 hours (unless otherwise discussed) in whatever format you require. | |
| How do I book voice-over services from Ta-Da! Voiceworks? | |
| Simply email us with all the details of your project and we will respond within 24 hours with a quote and any further details that we may require. | |
| What file formats do you use? | |
| We can email your audio file in a MP3, .aif or .WAV file. If you need another file format, please contact us to discuss. | |
| How are the files delivered to me? | |
There are 3 ways to receive your audio file: email, FTP or CD delivered by courier (at an additional cost). |

What are your rates? |
|
| Rates are determined with many factors in mind such as project type, market size, time required for recording etc. so we handle all quotes on a per project basis. You can, however, visit our rates page and take a look at the rate guideline chart to give you an idea of project costs. | |
| How do I pay? | |
Payments can be made by credit card (through PayPal) or by cheque or money order. All payments are due within 72 hours of receiving the audio (unless otherwise discussed). |

| What if I’m not sure what I want? | |
| That’s what we’re here for! We can help you decide what type of voice your project requires and also make suggestions on improving your scripts. Simply email us with as much information as you can on your project and we will follow-up with you within 24 hours to discuss your needs. We are also more than happy to provide you with an audition demo. | |
| What if I need fully produced audio? | |
| No problem! Ta-Da! Voiceworks works with a state of the art production facility that can accommodate any of your production requirements (at an additional charge). Just contact us directly to discuss your needs. | |
| What about re-takes and changes? | |
| We’re more than happy to make any changes you require. All voiceover sessions include one free re-take session to handle any script changes or general re-takes. If more re-takes are required, an additional charge will be levied. | |
| What if I’m not satisfied? | |
| If you’re not satisfied, then we’re not satisfied! We will do everything that we can to make sure that you get exactly what you need. If that means re-doing a session because you “just don’t like it”, no problem! | |
