Step 1 – Submit Your Specs and Script to Get Started

Let us know what you’re looking for (gender, style, etc.) and send us a script—we’ll get you auditions from the right voice talents within 48 hours or less. You’ll receive the auditions to listen or download, so you can share them with your colleagues or clients. We’ll also consult with you through the process with insights on each talent’s ability and anything else you need to know to make the right casting decision.
Note: We work exclusively with non-union voice talent and do not take on ACTRA projects.

Step 2 – Book the Session and Finalize the Details

Once you’ve chosen the voice that works for you, we’ll confirm a session date. If you don’t have a studio, we can recommend one – or arrange a remote session with the talent from their home studio using SourceConnect, Zoom, or phone. At this stage, we’ll lock in all the project details, including the rate. If you have a contract or any documents for the talent to sign, please provide them before the session. 

Step 3 – Record, Review, and Approve

Talent sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 hours, although in most cases it takes less time. Once you’re satisfied with the recording, you’ll “release” the talent. This confirms your satisfaction with the recording.

Note: Talent will provide raw, unedited audio.

Step 4 – Billing and Final Steps

Once the session is complete, we’ll send you an invoice by email. If you need a PO included on the invoice, please send us that information as soon as possible.

Step 5 – Success! Project Complete!

Your project is officially wrapped! All files have been delivered, and we’re here if you need anything else – whether it’s pickups or help on your next project.

Once you choose the voice that works for you, we will need to confirm a session date. If you do not have a studio for the talent to record at, we can recommend a studio for you. In some cases, we can co-ordinate the talent to record from their home studio via Source Connect, Zoom or through a phone directed session.

All details will be confirmed at this time including project details and rates. If you have a talent contract or any documentation that you would like the talent to sign, these documents need to be presented and signed prior to the session.

Talent sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 hours although in most cases you will not need that much time. Once you are satisfied with the recording, you will “release” the talent and at that time you are confirming your satisfaction with the recording.

Once the session is complete, the project is submitting for invoicing and an invoice will be emailed to you. If you require a PO to be listed on the invoice, please email that information as soon as possible.

And that’s it… project complete!!
