How much do I charge? Should I consider offering a discount? How do I get the client to agree to my terms? What is fair? These are questions that talent need to consider when negotiating for themselves and it isn’t easy. We can help you navigate the land mines and negotiate like a pro.
We offer two services to assist talent… Rate Consultations and Rate Negotiations.
Rate Consultations
As the voiceover world evolves, sending your clients’ quotes that are accurate and fair gets more challenging. Ta-Da! supports the GVAA Rate Guide as a fair reference guide for U.S. voiceover work. For rates in Canada, rates that aren’t included in the GVAA guide or more complicated quotes, we can help with a rate consultation.
Rate consultations are provided at a cost of $50(+tax) and are prioritized for quick responses. You can request a rate consultation by clicking here.
Rate Negotiations
We know that negotiating with clients can be difficult. How do you get the client to agree to your rates and terms? What is fair? We can help you navigate the land mines and negotiate like a pro. If you prefer to deal direct with your client, we will advise on what to say and how to say it while still keeping the communication strictly between you and your client i.e. “Ghost Negotiating”. Or if you prefer to hand all negotiating over to us, we can also deal directly with your client to discuss all rate issues and then hand the client right back to you.
Cost: $50 upfront fee plus 10% commission on projects booked.
*subject to time limitations to be discussed. Fee may increase upon mutual agreement
