Custom Casting
Work with us in 5 simple steps. If you’re undecided on a voice for your project, we can help you put together an audition and handle all the details of voice over casting at no cost.
STEP 01
Submit Your Specs & Script to Get Started
Let us know what you’re looking for (gender, style, etc.) and send us a script — we’ll get you auditions from the right voice talents within 48 hours or less. You’ll receive the auditions to listen or download, so you can share them with your colleagues or clients. We’ll also consult with you through the process with insights on each talent’s ability and anything else you need to know to make the right casting decision.
We work exclusively with non-union voice talent and do not take on ACTRA projects.
STEP 02
Book the Session & Finalize the Details
Once you’ve chosen the voice that works for you, we’ll confirm a session date. If you don’t have a studio, we can recommend one — or arrange a remote session with the talent from their home studio using SourceConnect, Zoom, or phone. At this stage, we’ll lock in all the project details, including the rate. If you have a contract or any documents for the talent to sign, please provide them before the session.
STEP 03
Record, Review & Approve
Talent sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 hours, although in most cases it takes less time. Once you’re satisfied with the recording, you’ll “release” the talent. This confirms your satisfaction with the recording.
Talent will provide raw, unedited audio.
STEP 04
Billing & Final Steps
Once the session is complete, we’ll send you an invoice by email. If you need a PO included on the invoice, please send us that information as soon as possible.
STEP 05
Project Complete!
Your project is officially wrapped! All files have been delivered, and we’re here if you need anything else — whether it’s pickups or help on your next project.
